Science & pipeline
Training the immune system to find and destroy cancer
Therapeutic cancer vaccines teach a patient's own immune system to recognise tumour cells and destroy them. We develop five complementary non-mRNA platforms, from target discovery through to GMP lot release.

Division 01
Cancer Research
- Tumour antigen and neoantigen discovery from patient tumour/normal sequencing data
- Shared tumour-associated antigens (MUC1, HER2, WT1, NY-ESO-1, GP100) for off-the-shelf vaccines
- Immune profiling of the tumour microenvironment and biomarker discovery
- AI-driven antigen prediction with HLA typing for vaccines adapted to Indian populations
- Collaborations with cancer hospitals and research institutions

Division 02
Vaccine Design
- Lead platform: personalised multi-epitope peptide vaccines with immune-stimulating adjuvants
- Dendritic-cell vaccines, the only cancer vaccine class with an approval precedent
- Recombinant protein, subunit and virus-like particle (VLP) vaccines
- Replication-deficient viral vectors (adenovirus, poxvirus)
- Exploratory DNA and tumour-lysate vaccines for checkpoint-inhibitor combinations

Division 03
GMP Manufacturing
- Grade B/C/D cleanroom suites for peptide synthesis and recombinant protein processing
- Closed-system cell-processing suites for dendritic-cell vaccine preparation
- Aseptic fill-finish and in-house QC laboratories
- Patient-specific or batch-based delivery within clinically relevant timelines
- CDSCO-compliant quality systems, built towards WHO-GMP for export
Why integration matters
From tumour biology to the bedside, without hand-off delays
One organisation that owns research, design and manufacture moves faster and protects its IP. It lowers cost per patient, times lot release to each patient's treatment schedule, and feeds clinical results straight back into vaccine design.
